Know your front end
Ford's 2013 and 2015 Super Duty spec sheets list a mono-beam solid front axle with coil springs on F-250/F-350 4x4 and Twin I-Beam independent front suspension on 4x2. Check the spec sheet or service manual for your year.
Buying notes
- Order by drivetrain (4x2 vs 4x4) and confirm with your VIN.
- On a lifted 4x4, check track bar and drag link angles together (see drag links).
- A stabilizer helps damping but won't fix worn parts (see stabilizers).
- Check joints with the quality checklist.
